I would not recommend this product
It took a long time to work and I used the product as instructed. I could have gotten the same results with a regular laxative. I would not recommend this product.

In the past month I was searching for a colon cleanse on the internet and I after extensive research, I tried the kefir and flaxseed combination for a period of three weeks. And although I followed the regime precisely and consistently, it did not give me the results I was seeking.
