Stewart Golf X9 Follow Electric Golf Cart

Took off points, because it did not arrive on time, it arrived in very poor packaging for such an expensive item, and the set up directions were poor. The Electric Follow Me feature is taking my husband some time to get use to it. The materials provided, did not have clear directions, but he was able to figure it out. For such an expensive cart, I was very disappointed in the quality.

I like it it look good, but the followMode is a little jerky or gone mad sometimes when I start moving forward this machine jump forward and seems like it doesn't know where to go making left and right so QuickFeels like trying to find the remote control I have to walk slow to catch up with me... Rather than that this Stewart 2019 X9 is fabulous

I love the cart but my remote went bad within a month and although promised I have yet to get a replacement. The service is terrible and without the remote I am unable to use the cart.

Works as advertised. I need the exercise of walking, but pushing manual carts up mountain hills was too hard on my back, so motorized is perfect for me. The follow feature works almost flawlessly. Glide stop is great for when guiding it using the remote. Sending the cart out front and guiding with remote becomes like driving, where there's not much thought, so the other good carts out there without the follow feature but for less money are worth considering. If you send it beyond bluetooth range (60 yards), it stops automatically, which you want. Having already spent the money, I have to say that walking with it in follow mode is more relaxing. Only cons are that maybe once a round, it will lose bluetooth connection while you're putting: just turn unit and remote off then back on and you're good. Also, it's heavy even with battery out and awkward to grasp, so to protect injured back, bought Landle Moving Strap to haul it up into SUV: fast and easy. Looks great and goes faster than you will unless you start running. Adding on, when the battery in the remote went bad, it was hard to track down the right phone numbers to get a replacement, but if you need help, Google Stewart USA for phone numbers and call and they'll set you on the path.

This is a great idea with poor execution. Wait for technology to get a little better on these. Package came very damaged from shipping, therefore the product was damaged. That aside, this is bulky for a golf cart. The material it is built with doesn't feel very sturdy. The tires looked used, like it may have been a demo. The tires weren't made well enough for anything other than a flat course, looked like they would have a hard time getting around on a golf course with any terrain or wet grass. It wasn't a smooth opening of the cart. For as bulky as the cart is, it does fold smaller than expected.

We had an issue with this where the follow me feature didn't work. We reached out to support and got this back. That way if you have this issue you know how to fix it.To reprogram it back to work both in Follow mode and in Remote mode simply:1. Ensure the handset is turned off.2. Press and hold down the green "Follow" button and then also press the blue "On/off" button: the blue light on the handset with flash once.3. Release all buttons and switch on your handset again by pressing the blue “On/off” button. Your handset will now work in Follow mode again. Besides that my wife loves this thing. I would highly recommend it.

I received the product, but the remote was not able to activate the follow mode. I wasn't able to get in contact with the manufacturer to get a replacement. Does anyone have a workaround repair or any suggestions here?Thank you.

I have a solid love affair with my Stewart Golf X9 electric caddy going on! It's everything everyone writes about in the very nice reviews and more. I have to buy another because both the adult son and wife are golfers, they have both used it, and now I have to fight to use my own damn trolley.It's a really great solution for people who want to walk the golf course with no additional weight or pressure put on the body. I have two replaced hips......this is THE best solution. Much better than riding in a bouncy golf cart.
