Must have for Prenatal Yoga Teachers
I have personally taught Prenatal Yoga for over a decade and regularly lead 200 hour yoga teacher trainings. This book is exceptional and a must have for yoga teachers. It is the only one out there that embraces so well the key aspects of modifying a practice for prenatal persons and for each trimester. It is well layed out, easy to read and understand. Megan does an amazing job of explaining why to or not to do specific postures, methods for optimally supporting students in class, and best ways to be inclusive. Highly recommend this book!

Great Resource!
Love this book. I am a level 1 &2 certified shanti mom prenatal yoga teacher. I have one more class to take before I get my full prenatal yoga teacher certification through yoga alliance. I have my RYT 200hr. I love the meditations in this book. I do one at the opening of each of my prenatal classes. I love the sequences that they have. When I first started teaching prenatal I had trouble coming up with class sequences and This book really assisted with that.

Typo on the cover??
I had (have) high hopes for this material, as I had hoped to utilize this book in our yoga training for prenatal yoga. I still have high hopes for the book, but the first thing I noticed was the typo on the front cover... Mediations, rather than meditations... I’ll still read it but it lots big points for professionalism on that. 😬

Not helpful to teach prenatal
This book is basically worthless if you just want to learn how to help students who come into class and are pregnant. I’m incredibly disappointed with the lack of yoga information in the book. It focuses mainly on just being pregnant and suggest getting massages and general pregnant info.

A must have for ALL yoga teachers!!
Diving back into teaching prenatal yoga, this book was exactly what I needed to freshen up on my knowledge and skills. It left me feeling confident on how to approach teaching yoga to the pregnant body safely and mindfully in all of its stages. It will continue to be a great resource to refer back to again and again whenever I have a question or need inspiration!

Handy little book
Fabulous book! I’m a yoga teacher and hypnotherapist and this book just adds to the knowledge I already have. Great for quick reading.

Was helpful
The book is very simple, the images are black and white and some passages are repetitive (literally copy-paste). But there were some very nice ideas that a yoga teacher can benefit from, the structure is good and some anatomic information was new and helpful. I don't regret buying it.
