My Dad's Cookies Gluten Free Assorted Variety of Italian Cookies - Linzers, Biscotti, Graham Cracker Cookies, Chocolate Fudge Cookies - Dairy Free, Kosher, Bakery Fresh 20 Count Variety, 10oz Package

My husband loved these cookies. However, when they were delivered, more than half of them were broken or crushed. Of course, my husband ate them anyway but if something could be done to ship them better, they would be an awesome gift for gluten-free (or non-gluten-free) people.

I am disappointed with my order of cookies. I have ordered these cookies over 45 times. This was the worst delivery ever. The pkg. came on time but all the cookies were totally crumbled. I know you don’t allow returns on food but I should get some compensation. To have to eat these cookies in little pieces is ridiculous and I should get some form of compensation. I have spent $1170.00 on the 45 boxes of cookies. What should I expect for compensation? Since I am gluten free these cookies are delicious but I would prefer them as whole 🍪 cookies not crumbs. These were a but of a disappointment. The flavor was good in each of the fillings, but the cookie part was quite hard and didn't have much flavor. The raspberry was the best of the three flavors. Surprisingly there was breakage in only a couple cookies.

These cookies are delicious. I bought them because I can't have gluten and am very sensitive to dairy as well. They were so good, I really didn't want to share them but I did!

For someone who follows a gluten free diet, these are a nice choice for holiday cookies. The cookies are slightly dry, which sometimes is hard to avoid in gluten free products. They do still taste great and would soften a bit dipped in coffee or hot cocoa.

Good product.

UPDATE: These cookies were sold by The Lion Group and shipped by Amazon, NOT directly by the My Dad's Cookies (MDC) manufacturer. I spoke to MDC directly, and they were very upset about the poor quality of the product I received. I dont know whether fault lies with the dealer or the shipper, but these cookies were not properly stored/rotated and the freshness, taste and texture were destroyed. I was told by Amazon that the product could not be returned, and was offerrd no option for a refund. But MDC graciously offered to replace the three packages of cookies at no cost to me. I am sure they will be the fresh, delicious cookies my family has come to love!! Earlier review: We enjoyed these gluten-fee cookies so much that i had them on subscribe and save - until now! So hard, tasteless, and the jam is congealed, stiff, and unchewable. I received 9/2 and sell by date is 10/30, but they are stale!! Usually the sell by date is 4-6 months away, not 6 weeks. Awful! Cancelled my subscription through Amazon.

Wow! Why does every cookie that's gluten free have to be bland and crumble apart? They look nice, but there's no taste to these cookies and they pretty much crumble apart. In addition to the lack of flavor, the price was over the top for what I received; another downfall of purchasing anything that's gluten free. Very disappointed. Would not purchase again or recommend.
