I have a lot of pain in both wrists from old injuries. These really stabilize my wrists and they definitely help my grip a lot. They also look really cool and are very comfortable.I really want to emphasize that they help my wrists though, because this has really hindered my workouts for awhile before getting these. Even lifts that require a lot of wrist stability like shoulder or bench press have become much more comfortable.Unlike some other gloves I had, they can be taken off relatively easy too. It may sound minor, but after maxing out Deadlifts, the last thing I want is to fight to get my gloves off.

These gloves are the best! But the direct customer service was even better! Adrian specifically was simply amazing, taking the time to ensure these amazing gloves fit and performed specifically the way I needed them. I normally like wearing snug gloves and ordered a medium. Adrian took the time to contact me and assured me, if the medium was too small and wasn't comfortable, they would immediately ship a large which they originally recommended for me in the first place. Adrian was right! The large was definitely my size. I provided photos to help illustrate possible M or L dilemma choices for others out there. They give the best of all worlds providing durability, comfort, protection, breathability and style! I am extremely pleased I finally found a product as great as the customer service! Cheers!

Sizing chart is not accurate. First got a L based on measurement and it was too small. Changed for an XL and its still tight but not constricting. the material is thick and just wearing it at home, my hands got sweaty. Its not a full glove so I was expecting it to be light but it isn't.Update: after about 1 month use. The right glove shows significant amount of wear compared to the left. Disappointed that it is not lasting longer. Contacted seller and they were very helpful. Full confidence in ordering from this seller.Update (9/8): the replacement gloves i got held up after several months of use (6x week workout). They did not have issues like the original pair. Very happy with the results and product. Provides good grip and cushion for gripping exercises (barbell, dumbbell, pull up bar etc).

I really like how these look and feel... I bought these to take the pressure off the muscles in my forearms during HIIT and Circuit Classes.. We tend to do lots of pushups and movements with our handsThe only issue i have with these is that they pull on the web part between each finger. its uncomfortable but i believe i am becoming used to it. Otherwise I really like the look they provide and i like that my finger aren't actually covered.

I went through my last pair of gloves in a little over a month. Between my new training schedule and the pressure that my callused palms have to take, I needed to look for another pair of gloves that would keep up with me.A friend recommended these Mava Workout Gloves and I thought I’d give them a try.Their benefits far outweigh their price, what a bargain! I’m even gonna grab a couple of pairs as Christmas presents for my gym buddies.What I like most about them is that they have a very strong grip and they really help with my bar workouts. It’s my first pair with wrist wraps support and it’s a relief that I don’t have to buy them separately.Definitely looking forward to trying more of their gear. My knees could sure use the 7mm support for my weightlifting training. Definitely don’t want an injured patella or a painful knee.

I've had these for about 3 weeks. I attend cross-fit classes 5 times a week. I save these for excercises that give me the most hand pain (pull ups, snatches, etc). They are very comfortable and have held up better than I first thought. I felt like the gel grips would wear out quick, but they have not. The neoprene around my wrist feels very good while offering good support and compression. Will have to see how they last over time. Much more comfortable than leather grips I have tried. I'm also a big fan of Mavas knee sleeves.

I don't give 5 stars unless I really like it. I ordered this using their sizing chart. When I got them they were too small. I promptly requested a refund and got it. I ordered the next size up, received them and they fit with NO issues. They feel good wearing and give very nice wrist support. Material on the top may be a little weak, but we will see with time if it wears out(if it does, it may hold together due to the strong stitching). That being said, they seem to be put together well.

Used for less than 2 months (Christmas gift for my wife). The wrist strap stitching came undone and is unraveling. Bought the pink ones for her over a year ago with no problems other than they started to smell. I guess this pair just got a bad stitch.Update: Mava Sports has reached out to help with the situation. Updated star rating for customer service. I will update again after trying out new gloves.

These gloves were recommended to me by a fitness instructor. Just arrived but I am already chuffed with them even though pricey. Well made and seem to be a good fit - need to wear for a period of time to be completely sure. Communications, delivery and tracking cannot be faulted. Will definitely look at other Mava products.

They definitely do a good job of protecting your hands when lifting, giving the necessary grip and allowing your hands to breath. However like any other gloves they need to be washed after a number of training sessions. After a couple of (hand) washes the grip on the palm of the gloves begun to fall away, which is the beginning of the end really!

nice fit and feel good in use. I sweat a lot in training with normal gloves these allow more air around my hands I wish I have bought them sooner

Very disappointed. Very expensive and they are worst than basic gloves.The grip is quite poor which make it harder if you want to use them on the pull-up bar.Defo not worth that much money.

Good wrist support but part of the palm isn't covered and the edge cuts into my hand after 10 minutes training.

Excellent pair of gloves. Provide good protection but allowing for free movement around mcpj's which other gloves do not offer. Great purchase, and worth the extra money.

I really like them but I think your sizing is off. Measured as described and my measurement came in at 7.6 inches so bought medium as recommended in the size chart and they're unfortunately very tight with the wrist wrap not fitting around the wrist properly.

Useful but a bit uncomfortable at bench press

I love these gloves, they're comfortable, provide good soft grip and hands stay nice and cool. I will get another pair for sure.

Really nice and comfortable

It is my second pair of mava gloves. I use them for weightlifting and they provide you with an INSANE grip along with the wrist support. What makes them different than regular gym gloves? ventilation for sweating. Simply perfect and excellent !

Good quality I usually buy medium size gloves but purchased small I am female and find most gloves are aimed at the male body builder but the small fits great

Love these gloves . Use them for calisthenics and rings training. Stopped me getting more calluses and great grip.
