Ive had these for a while and didnt do anything with them for a few months then went to use them and they are the perfect brightness for me and fit perfectly. The color is just right and the durability is really good! I accidentally dropped on on its side from about 5 feet up and still worked fine! I highly recommend these!

I purchased these lights in May 2022 and I absolutely loved them. If I hadn't been so lazy I would have written a wonderful rating because I love driving up to my home at night. My house lights up like a beautiful Christmas Tree and has attracted the attention of my neighbors. I put my house on Facebook so all will see how the recessed lighting has definitely enhanced my home.Now, in Feb 2024 one has gone out and I am afraid others will follow. I will reach out to SUNCO and see if they will honor the replacement since they guaranteed a 7-year warranty.Lydia

We bought these lights for our kitchen and dining room remodel in September 2022. I love the way they look with their slim design. They were easy to install and they are very bright. The fact that they dim is an extra bonus. One our our lights started flickering and then stopped working earlier this month (March 2024) I contacted customer support via email and they responded within minutes and sent a new light and several back ups just in case... Excellent customer service. We could not be happier with our purchase.

A total of 150 of these lights were installed in a new construction home less than 18 months ago by a licensed electrician. Since then, they have started going out in random places all over the house. I ordered a new case of 24 to replace the lights that have quit working. However, the connection cords do not fit the junction box even though the SKU and description is exactly the same. I contacted customer support this morning. The first 2 times I called, as soon as I asked my question I was hung up on. The third time I called, I asked the customer service representative to please not hang up on me. I explained the issue, to which he kept answering he did not understand my question. Honestly, the question was not complex. I simply wanted to know if perhaps I had received the current case in error since the connections were different. After 20 minutes of explaining over and over, I was told that the company had changed the light connection and in order to replace a burned out light, the entire junction box has to be replaced. He stated that this was an intentional change so that the light itself could not be replaced without changing the entire light/junction box component. I was also told that perhaps the lights were burning out because I had potentially received a “bad batch”. When I asked if all of my 150 lights were a bad batch, he said no. Not only did the lights not last the 7-10 years stated on Sunco’s website, we will now have to pay an electrician to get into the attic and change the junction boxes. We were really pleased with these lights initially, but now we are incredibly disappointed, not only in the life span of our lights, but that it will now cost us to pay someone to change them.
