Description says it hold 16oz, but it only holds about 13-14oz. That was disappointing 🙁

This coffee mug has the potential to be a great mug. It quickly became my favorite coffee mug since purchasing it in June 2021. Perfect size for coffee and lattes. I bought it because it was insulated and light weight. But like other customers have mention it breaks easily, no matter careful you are with it. I only hand washed it by it self and not with other dishes and it still just cracked in my hand while washing it months later. I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER. I DON'T RECOMMEND.

The double walled design works as advertised. Tea stays hot a long time yet it's cool to pick up. Unfortunately, there's literally a hole in the base of the cup that allows water from the outside into the air space of the double-wall. It doesn't all drain out quickly, either, so you get to enjoy your beverage while the cup slowly dribbles all over you. So when you wash it, do so by hand and take care not to immerse it.

These glass insulated cups work so well handling your hot or cold beverages and they stay hot for quite awhile, which is why i loved using them for my coffee (bought two of them!). HOWEVER, buyer beware, being that they are glass and insulated, they are VERY fragile...the pictured cup above barely grazed the faucet with a light clink and now there is a crack developing...it is likely going to shatter soon enough so do not feel comfortable continuing its use with further hot/cold cycles. the other cup simply shattered to pieces in the process of normal washing (in which case it hit upon an upright plate...

I like drinking glasses. This cup is large. This insulates better than solid glass, so it the outside is less cold or hot depending what you're drinking. It's not as fragile as many glasses, but it is glass so be careful.

I like it! It's big enough for my coffee consumption, and small enough for my coffee dripper. One minor criticism is that handle is smooth and slippery. Perhaps it can be designed better for better grip. It comes with a coaster. It is light for its size.

I am an avid coffee drinker looking for a great cup and now I've finally found it!!! Seriously, this cup is insulated, XL, lightweight and solid! Microwaivable and clean/clear look is awesome. THE BEST CUP EVER!

This cup is double pained so it loses its heat very fast. I got it to drink tea out of but the tea cools off so fast, I stopped using it. I found a the same basic cup at the dollar tree and it is one solid piece and my tea stay nice and warm, and it only cost a dollar.
