I am starting physical therapy after falling 40ft off a cliffside. Broke my left wrist and left foot. This has helped me gain strength back into my hand. The three different level strengths are wonderful. Started with the light red and moved up to the blue medium. I wouldn't be where I am now without them. Thank you!They fit perfectly in your hands and they are the same size which is wonderful.

I really like them. The only issue I have is the lettering on the red ball is beginning to fall off. Overall great product. I can feel my hands getting stronger.

I spend quote some time throughout the day sitting at a desk. These stress balls have helped the pain I get in the evening and at night after typing all day. They also have the added benefit of strengthening your muscles in your wrist and arm with the increasing difficulties. Great quality product and would look to buy again from the same company.

I must admit this is a good product, I think you’ll get your money’s worth. It’s good for helping with stress of just hand therapy. I fractured my wrist and well this is helping me a lot to recover.

First day - It was bounced on a carpeted floor and split at the seam (the black one). About a 1/2 inch split, but spoils the item. Otherwise they are nice. This was probably flawed, but its not worth the hassle of returning.

The balls are soft and have a good fit in my hands. I have rarely small hands and they strengths of each one can be distinguished easily. I’m starting slow with the squishier one then moving up to the more difficult one. The baggy that comes with it is a plus. Makes it easier to keep together and move around.

These exercise balls were just the thing i needed after neck surgery left my fingers numb and weak. Thanks to these balls I now have almost complete freedom of movement and feeling. Thanks for the help!!
