SWR of 1.16 at 46W on 145.520 MHz. Perfect 1.0 at lower powers. I can get out clearly in some places that I was struggling with my earlier antenna. Running on a stake pocket mount on my late model F-150. Very good antenna.

This product arrived over a month late and was bent when I opened the box. I did a little bending back and put it on the truck. For mobile antennas this appears and acts fragile. Has it broke yet- no. I am not putting too much faith on this product lasting though just based off of the look and feel. More time will tell.

Lowest SWR I have ever seen. I installed it on my car for 2m and 70cm. I use an HT in the car for the most part so max TX pwr is about 8+watts. With 99.99% effective TX pwr radiated, the antenna is an excellent performer! VERY PLEASED!!! Also love the spring loaded center pin in the NMO base connector! Makes for a certain connection at the mount. I would highly recommend this antenna!

My Comet SBB-7 mobile antenna crapped out on 70cm (only) and I replaced it with this equivalent performance (on paper) antenna. Definitely better quality beefy construction and it is performing great. Worth the extra cost over the Comet. Quickly folds over for parking garages.

Really good antenna. Use this antenna daily and have been doing so for 5-6 years! Most durable mobile antenna I have ever owned. I recommend a triple magnet mount if you would like it to be removable. It's gain is unbeatable and have parked my vehicle on top of one of the tallest hills around and using cross band repeat was able to use it as a wide area linked repeater system. At times it has even out performed my base station setup if running an antenna short of the best avaliable or at a max optimal hight. I have hit Tree branches with it as well as scrapped the top of many drive through awnings and so far it has offered zero complaints....I can recommend cleaning and filing the fold over hinge once or twice a year and my new strategy is I have filled it with dielectric grease and will report back how that works. Also remove and clean NMO connection occasionally as well...solid antenna that with a groundplane kit makes an absolutely indestructible base antenna as well as the best mobile antenna money can buy....I also use this antenna for GMRS and the mismatch is not to bad....
