Simply the best power strip I could find with these features.
I have to say that this is one of the best power strips I have ever had. One of the greatest features is that the two bigger outlets are turned 180 degrees so that your big plugs don't take up the whole strip. The next best feature is the clamps. Usually I have to just let the power strip hang on the floor, or spend a crazy amount of time and effort trying to get the micro holes to line up with screws that have to have heads that need to be so small that it makes the whole ordeal not worth my time. The clamps have nice size knobs and are easy to work with. The next great feature on this power bar is the real reason I bought it and that is the USB ports. It comes with two. I have a USB speaker bar and it was powered by my computers USB. Normally I would just leave it plugged into my computer, but the rub was that somehow the speaker bar was picking up a ground loop in my computer through the USB port and you could hear every little noise the computer made. If I made any movement on my screen you could hear all the little electronic noises from it. I tried everything in the book to get it to stop with no fix. In the end I found out that I simply needed to remove the power input to something that was not powered by the computer power supply and walla, no more ground loop noise. It's got nice fault and power lights on the end that are easy to see and the cord was longer than I needed. This power strip seems well built and should last quite awhile. I cannot think of any faults at all.

Works great
I purchased this to get the cords off the floor. I'm very pleased with it and it accomplishes what it is supposed to do. My home office floor is now easier to clean and "puppy-proofed".

Amazing!
This was perfect for my teen son's floating tv console. It attached to the shelf on the front so he can easily plug in all of his gaming accessories and phone chargers. He tanks the cords out of it, and it doesn't budge!

Great for dorm!
This surge protector was perfect for attaching to dorm bunk bed and putting outlets where needed. It has continued to last/work flawlessly for 10 years. Perfect for students/anyone needing to attach outlets to a desk/furniture for easy access. Recommend this product highly.

Good but could be better
I trust Tripp Lite products when it comes to surge protectors. There are many clamp on power strips that have customer reports of melting and being fire hazards. While I like their designs, it's not worth the risk getting a lower quality product. So I'm glad I found out that Tripp Lite also made a clamp on version. Overall, it's great, but it needs 1) more USB ports, and 2) a longer power cord. The six foot power cord may be long enough for some, but barely reaches for me. If there was a version with a ten foot cord I would have paid more for that.

Attaches solidly without holes or goo
Finally, a surge protector that attaches my furniture in a handy location without requiring holes to be filled or using sticky stiff that soon fails and leaves behind goo.

Very happy with these for end tables
I'm an electrician and OCD about electrical safety. Some people in my family had been using super cheap no-name 6-way adapters hanging halfway out of outlets and causing daily stress on the receptacles to the point of just about needing replacement of the receptacle (not fun with pre-war cloth wiring). So, I went through and trashed anything not name brand and clamped (3) of these to the three end tables. It keeps all the cords of each end table contained to one strip, includes both horizontal and vertical -oriented outlets (handy for older cords with memory to the plastic or odd-shaped power supplies) and even contains a couple lower power USBs. It's amazing just how many things there are nowadays requiring plugging in. Table lamps, qi charging pad, laptop chargers, a cordless phone, Sonos speakers, a clock. It's a lot! To contain it all to one cord per end table and using velcro to wrap individual cords under each table REALLY cleans it up! My only concern is that one reviewer noticed a malfunctioning USB, so, assuming this is an isolated incident and Tripplite lives up to its name, should be fine. I do notice the clamp knobs butt into the side of each table, but this is really just a matter of the depth of the overhang on the table, not a flaw in the product's design. Also, the plug is straight, not flat. So don't plug in behind furniture. Cord is nice and long, though.

Hidden under my desk
I use this everyday at my laptop / office station. Was worth every penny! I have a glass top desk and this fit snugly and out of sight underneath. Was really happy with my purchase.

I have 700 power bars around the house, all of them costing less than $50. But this is just so dang convenient. Just get it. I have it mounted right next to my desk so I can easily plug in my computer etc, which I am moving it around multiple times a day so this is much easier than crawling under my desk to plug it into the power cord on the floor before. I like the usb ports for easy phone charging access too. It's nice, well built and makes working from home nicer! Treat yoself.

Finally gave in to buying 5 of these power bars and have been installing them on my stereo receiver stand, my standing desk, my two side tables in my bedroom. I have been procrastinating for years and I use to velcro a power bar on my stereo before finally disassembling my stereo stand recently that was full of wires. Buying these desk mounted power bars made it easy to clean up the wires on stereo stand. Better yet was the cleanup of power cables around my side tables in my bed room as I have tons of items plugged in around my bed which includes charging docks for my iPhone, iPad, AirPods pro and my apple watch. I also have echo dots and echo subwoofer, two lamps, air purifier and so much more. You cannot imagine the pile of cables that I eliminated by just one desk mounted power bar. The nice thing about these power bars is that they have two USB charging ports that eliminates two charging plugs.

I have a workspace at home that shifts around depending on what we need the overall space for, so when I get setup, this keeps all of the cords tidy and off of the floor. Nice to have USB charging ports convienently close while having power for my laptop and other gear.

Was this powerbar expensive? Yes. Overpriced? Most definitely. But is there ANY other power bar on this god forsaken site like this? No. Somehow the geniuses over at TRIPP LITE were the ONLY people that were able to figure out that maybe, just maybe someone might want to fasten a power bar to their desk. And they might not want to drill or nail anything into their desk or apply any adhesive that will come off if you unplug something too aggressively. With the Tripp Lite TLP606DMUSB Surge Protector Strip Desk Mount 120V 6 Outlet USB Charger, 6-Feet Cord, TRIPP LITE has struck gold, because while this power bar might cost as much as actual gold, it is seemingly just as rare. However, if anyone at TRIPP LITE is reading this, please make an even longer power bar with even more outlets and I will be a day-one pre-order. All in all, yes you can get a power bar for much much less, but those inferior power bars will not attach to your desk.

It maybe more expensive than other $10-15 power bars but if you are looking for this solution of a desk clamp power bar it's worth the purchase. Went from a double-sided Velcro tape solution that kept falling out to this, definitely think it's worth it for the long run.
