I've been using this product for a while for cuts, scrapes, burns from the oven, etc. I can tell you it soothes it immideately. I bought these heel protectors that burned and made the top part of the heel bleed. When I showered, it really stinged. So after very carefully drying it, I applied it, it immediately took the sting out. To be transparent, since it's a gel, the spray tends to clog up and not work, which is a pain. When I find a way to unclog it, I'll let you know. Just make sure you keep the inside parts sterile. Like I said, I've used it for years and I love it. There is a smaller size available, but sinceI use it for EVERYTHING I buy the larger size. The last one I purchased was around 3 years ago, so a little goes a long way. It is a bit pricey, but worth every penny.
