Chicken Wings
My go to tool for chicken wing Prep love this knife. Makes easy work of those bones.

Ouch!
Great small cleaver and very sharp. But the sheath does not fully cover the blade leaving an especially sharp point exposed near the grip. It not only cut my slacks but also my finger. Finally I had to take a Dremel tool and ground the corner round. It's still exposed but at least not drawing blood.

Super, solide en acier carbone, petit et pratique
J'aime bien la forme de se couteau pour trancher les saucisses seche ,fromages et petits pains quand je vais en balade. Il est très solide, tranchent et pas trop grand pour voyager.

Not micarta handle
The knife is uite good and arrived promptly... Definitely not micarta handle. Somekind of wood ( original Perkins site also states micarta - erroneously -). The sheath is barely adequate... Good knife. Should be at least 5€ cheaper due to not being micarta!!! Can't stress that enough.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht,qualitet ist Null,er macht keine diese Geld.ich habe nur die Geld verloren...ich empfehle nicht.
