Oribe Gold Lust Repair & Restore Shampoo

This shampoo leaves my hair bouncy and thick. It's hard to find. I went to a salon in another state and they used it. I've looked for it ever since. That's why I buy such big quantities.

My friend turned me onto the shampoo and conditioner and I have Locs and I’ve never had my Locs be so soft. I even use the conditioner with the oil daily for my hair and so does my kids and their hair is different than mine and we all love it. It works on all types of hair!!! Pricey but worth the buy!

I'm not sure I'll ever use another shampoo again!!! Makes my hair soft and idk if it'll work for everyone but my hair grows faster with this shampoo everyone noticed!!! I know it's expensive, but doesn't take a lot to lather! Smells great!

I like the fragrance and feel of my hair after use

A significant amount of Oribe expensive shampoo ($150 for 33 oz) was wasted due to slow dripping of pump and container (even when not in use). I contacted Oribe with att photo and requested replacement of some portion of shampoo. I estimated up to 1/4 was leaked.They directed me to contact Amazon and expected Amazon to address issue - that was due to Oribe 's poor design and lack of service. The quality of Oribe customer care seemed nil for an expensive product from supposedly high end hair care product company.In addition I was well outside Amazon return time frame. However KUDOS to Amazon - they stepped up and provided qood service to cover the lack of Oribe's and reimbursed me 1/4 cost of the shampoo.Over the years I have interacted with many companies on their products - in all cases the companies stood behind their products and replaced or corrected issues as needed and provided needed customer service. Oribe was first company that has failed to do so.Barbara Hill

Seriously think I was sent a counterfeit product. I tried two trial sizes from the salon and my hair was super sleek and soft and smelled amazing. This bottle does nothing for the condition of my hair and smells like clay!! Can someone help me? How do I contact the seller?
