Best Kayak for Lazy River.
I honestly don't fish and kayak for sport and to relax on the river with the family and friends. I have own this for about a year. Bought this for the stability and amount of room on the deck. The Outlaw is not made for speed but it's comfortable for all day use. I am 200lbs farm girl and it paddles just fine for me. {My theory is if you can't load your own kayak, you don't bitch about how slow it is. She can move if you got the strength.} Can stand up and even paddle down the river while doing so. I didn't have any problems turning and handle well with slightly fast but hardly called a class 2 water. I had alot of questions ask about this water craft and where I purchased it. I would feel comfortable taking this kayak on overnight trips and camp on the river bank with my gear. It's very very very hard to even try to tip this vessel. There was nothing I needed to really add to this but I did purchase YakAttack RotoGrip Paddle Holder.

Great Kayak
This is a great kayak for fishing. I'm 6'3 290 lbs and I have plenty of room on this and it was extremely stable. This kayak is comfortable for long days on the water and has plenty of locations / room to add on accessories. I saw some negative delivery reviews when purchasing mine but I had no issues with this during my order.

You can definitely stand up in it and storage is amazing
First off, I upgraded from a Sun Dolphin ten that was $225 new, $850 wasn't in my budget 5 years ago but I caught plenty of fish with the dolphin. But, I've had the outlaw for 2 months and weather+work schedule kept me out ofituntil yesterday. 15mph winds and 25 mph gusts waves were white capping, was worried on the way to lake. This thing cut water way better than expected for it's size and design. With an old 30lb trolling motor was doing 4.5 mph against the wind. Stood up several times in choppy water, no problem. Storage is immense. Put a regular trolling motor on the back, just added an 18" extension to tiller handle put handle 12" from seat. Chair was so comfortable I never had to move around or give rump a break. The extra $600 compared to dolphin was worth every penny. Absolutely no complaints on the yak. Only complaints are a better list of accessories for this specific model and the side bag I spent $60 on was way overpriced. Wouldn't spend more than $20 on another one, company should include one with purchase. 6 stars on the yak no doubt, worth every penny

Satisfied, expectations met, and slightly exceeded.
The bad - 77 LBS and awkward to put up on a SUV roof by yourself. I am a large fellow (6'4", 280 lbs) so I can manage it after working out the proper technique. Only has TWO accessory rails and they are just forward of the seat, which means using after-market rod holders that mount on rails isn't a viable option. If you plan on using an oar to paddle, they will get in the way. I am also not thrilled the accessory rails double as carry handles because they are only held in with two screws. Seems like if they are to be a main point of carry, they could have redundant fasteners, to distribute the load across a larger surface area. Plastic is plastic, and you run the risk of it cracking if you get too rough while loading. The Great- 425 lbs capacity, and super stable. Plenty of room due to the open deck format. I can stretch my legs no problem. The seat is AWESOME and super comfortable. I have been on the water for 5-6 hours at a clip, with no after-effects. No sore back, or strained muscles. The Solo Ram Mount system works well, and there are three spots to attach after-market items like rod holder, GPS holder, phone holder etc. (The RAM plastic ball mount is crazy expensive, ~$25 bucks for something that cost less than 2 bucks to produce). I find the front storage section inaccessible, because I am so large, I do not feel safe standing yet. Great storage space under the seat. The saddle bags (sold seperately) seem to get in my way when I'm rowing, time will tell if I keep using them, or just use the cavity they go in for pliers, hook remover, etc. This was delivered right to my open garage, for free by Amazon.

Surpassed all expectations
First thing you should know is that this boat is super stable. Just got it a few days ago and took my first trip to the lake with it. I am not yet good enough in a Kayak to stand to fish but I comfortably sat for about five hours. The seat in this thing is awesome and very breathable. It accommodates a larger guy like myself easily. Since this is made to be stable when fishing a lake, it is not fast to get around in at all. It tracks ok but I think that you would fight it a bit on a windy day. I had no trouble at 5-8 mph winds. Plenty of room on the boat for a small cooler, two rods, paddle, and backpack. I will say that the paddle holding function of the front is convenient but its kind of right in your face. I recommend finding a way to side mount it instead. I did have one disappointment. The small foam rubber pad on the left side came off. I think this was mostly due to the heat, ~90 f. It gets hot here y'all. I stuck it back on but that won't last. Might replace it later with grip tape.

The best value in fishing kayaks ever!
Without a doubt, the best value in fishing kayaks available anywhere! This kayak is amazing! Rock solid stability, perfect high seat that feels like you are fishing while sitting in a lazy boy, it's that comfy. Tracking is awesome and this thing stays where you put it even in a light wind. I find myself not even needing an anchor most of the time because it is very easy to position and anticipate any drift. Easy to stand up and feels stable under you while standing. Because of the high seat though I really don't feel the need to stand much unless site fishing. It paddles like you would expect a wide fishing kayak to perform, it isn't a speed demon but it will get you anywhere you want to go without too much effort. I would put this up against any other fishing kayak on the market regardless of price. The best thing I like about it is the comfort level while on the water. I can pack a lunch and spend hours and hours out on the water and never even think about going in to stretch my legs or work out a cramp like my last kayak would cause. Perception is going to own the market if they keep putting out products like this! Shipping through Amazon was a breeze, was able to track it's progress and delivery was right on schedule.
