No cooking instructions on the packaging
I really love red rice and have to order it online because our local grocery stores do not carry it. I was super excited to try this brand. BUT there are no cooking instructions on the packaging. I had to hunt the instructions down online. I know it's a little inconvenience but really hard to know if you're cooking the rice the right way since all rice has different cooking instructions. Just in case anyone runs into this problem again... here is what I found:General instructions: 3 cups water to 1 cup of rice (and arrange the proportions to suit). I add the rice to the water with a bit of salt, bring it to a boil, and then let it simmer about 30-40 minutes until soft. Drain any leftover water.

Quality red rice
I had trouble finding this specialty rice for a recipe. This red rice has a chew to it that complements most anything. I use it with soy. Quick delivery, quality product, a bit expensive.
