No kidding - no scrubbing!
I'm blown away - this stuff is truly amazing! Our pontoon boat is 16 years old, and many of the mildew stains on the furniture are almost that old. The backs of the seats have a mesh storage pouch that has been black for as long as I can remember, since it's almost impossible to clean. Basically, the creamy-white vinyl upholstery was about 50-60% mildew-stained, even after blasting it with a pressure-washer :-( It was embarrassing to have people see this boat.I've always known that Zep makes good products, so I decided to give the Zumildew a try. I figured if this stuff ate holes in the vinyl or destroyed the seam stitching - I wasn't out much. I was prepared to invest in new furniture, since the boat itself, is still in good shape; and buying a similar new boat was going to set us back $35-grand at least.... but each year, the mildew just seemed to get worse despite using other bleach-based cleaners. I was sick of putting in hours of work, only to still have stained furniture. With my ugliest work clothes on, I started spraying the Zumildew on the vinyl - and I just let it sit for 10 minutes or so. The product has a strong bleach smell, but I was outdoors, so no problem. I could see the mildew bleaching out as the minutes went by; I went back and sprayed spots I could see that I missed. It doesn't take much product - a whole bottle will do my badly-stained 25' pontoon easily. I never rubbed or scrubbed - if the spray didn't make the stain disappear completely, I sprayed it again. The vinyl furniture got cleaner and cleaner - finally, I wiped it all down with a wet towel (I wore rubber gloves) to remove the spray from the surface (worried any residue might bleach clothes, although the old blue-and-white checkered towel I was using shows no signs of bleaching out)I wish I had taken before-and-after photos - the difference is dramatic! I still have a few "freckles" of mildew stain - but I'd say that 98% of the boat is now stain-free!!! I'm stunned by how easily this works! My nasty-looking old boat now looks almost-new. I will absolutely use this again for any mildew stains! (I'm not affiliated with Zep in any way other than being an elated customer)

Commercial Strength Mold Remover Kills and Cleans with Strong Fumes
I used this brand upon the suggestion of my friend, who is a nurse - and knows a thing or two about keeping the home clean and sanitary. She was absolutely right with the power and effectiveness of this product. After spraying an equal part diluted solution of this (1/2 ZEP, 1/2 water) on my bathroom tiles, tub and shower curtain liner. I then used a long-handled sponge cleaner to evenly spread this some more and get into the deep crevices of the grout. Then I let this solution sit for a couple hours with the bathroom windows open and a fan blowing out. When I came back, everything was completely clean and clear - practically brand new. The final step is to completely rinse everything with water so that none of the residue is left on your tile wall/bathtub prior to you using your bathroom again. I recommend you either wear some sort of mask and possibly even goggles (I used a P100 filter mask) and be sure to open all windows while using this as the fumes are extremely strong and can really irritate your lungs and water your eyes if you stay too long in the bathroom. ZEP is commercial-grade strength after all, so the bleach in this product is very concentrated. Of course, keep this locked and away from children when not in use and don't go in the bathroom while you are waiting for it to soak into your tiles/bathtub.

Bye, Bye mold!!!
I live in south Texas where mold grows even on the sides of seldom used toilets. I had a particular issue with not being able to clean my shower to my satisfaction. Well, no more. This stuff is great! It takes care of the mold without me having to do anything but watch it disappear and rinse it with water afterwards. It does have a strong chlorine odor, but what else should you expect. I did have an issue with the packaging. While they did a great job by encasing the container in a separate plastic bag, I had forgotten I had ordered this item and when I opened the bag, there was spilled product inside and it dripped onto my floor. Luckily I was in the bathroom (by some weird chance) and it dripped onto tile. I would have been devastated if it had dripped onto my carpet or wood floor. Otherwise, this is a great product I will buy again.

Works Well Enough
The showers in our apartment tend to get an unsightly mold build up in the grout over time which is disgusting and concerning. We've used Mold Armor in the past to remedy this issue with solid results but, out of curiosity, I decided to try this out as an alternative, compare the two, and see if I should make a switch. With that in mind, here's my experience:For the most part, this product works as advertised and does break down the mold after a few minutes. I was disappointed to find that I needed to apply the product a couple times and pair each application with some light scrubbing to achieve the results I desired. Now, this wouldn't have been burdensome but I found that, while scrubbing, the aerosolized chemicals were quite harsh on the mucous membranes; even harsher than comparable products. Anyway, I eventually got the mold to disappear and the effort invested in doing so was negligible so I can't really complain. That said, I was satisfied with this product but believe I will be continuing my search for better.

Mildew and mold exterminator
I rarely post reviews so when I do it's because I am supremely satisfied with the product. I tried so many different types of cleaning products and nothing got rid of the stains and mildew on my ceramic bath and the grout in the tiles. I was so ticked off because it's a new apartment and I intensely dislike the feeling of bathing with other people's germs. I read the reviews and decided to try this. It took 3 minutes for every single mildew spot and stain to disappear. Didn't even have to scrub it after. I must say the fumes are a little toxic. But I aired out the rooms after. Job well done! Now I can shower with peace of mind...
