1 Fuchsia 'Voodoo' - Starter Live Plant

Here is the way it came. Planter enclosed in black bag w wet papertowel and pieces of chinese newspaper inside. So I potted it right away as second pic shows. I finally clipped the dying vine that didn't look like it would resurrect itself from arriving that way. I have another well grown fushia that I've maintained for over 10 yrs so feel educated enough to get this one going. May need to request a refund. We'll see.

The package contained a small plug, which was extremely well packed and came out of the box looking very much alive and fresh. It came with instruction on how to deal with the plug initially, so as not to shock the plant. My wife has potted it and she has already seen positive growth. I suppose getting the plug very small is perhaps better than a larger plant that has a higher water requirement and soil, etc. making transportation and delivery of a live plant more difficult. We have had other plants from different sources that did not make the journey because they were larger. While we must wait for this plant to grow, it is at the very least alive and well.

I received the plant yesterday and they did a good job with the packaging. However, it has insects, scale, which can spread to your other flowers and plants. I probably won't return it since it is a plant but just wanted to warn others. Scale looks like flat brown scabs on the leaves, especially the underside. You can buy an insecticide to treat it with.

Got the plant today. It is beautiful and healthy. It was packaged well for its trip across the country. It’s in the sunshine now with some fresh water and quite happy. Hummingbirds are going to love it.

Stems were broken when I received it. This plant lasted 3 days then started to die.. I tried everything to keep it alive . It’s a dried up mess

Another great transaction, Plant was well packed and arrived with moist rapping, some jostling during shipment, good foliage, hight 18" above soil, extra TLC for the next few days before I potted up 2" deeper than the original root crown, one picture is a week after I received it the other is the day I received it

It was a waste of $40 for a start that I can get locally for a reasonable price.

I get that it shipped from a warmer climate but…it arrived frozen and dead. What a waste.
