High Pressure Oil Pump HPOP Hoses Lines Kit & Crossover Line Fit for Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 1999 2000 2001 2002 2003

Everything arrived on time. The work involved is a bit tedious but necessary to fix oil leaks. Everything fit. I had two issues one hose is slightly too long but was able to solve it with the fittings provided in the kit. There was no installation instructions. Just an exploded diagram of the hpop. My truck is reassembled and runs great! Power prob solved and leaks are no more. I am buying this kit again for my buddies trk

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this kit knowing I had to do some work on the truck and I just open the box since I had time to tear the truck down not only did the Loctite explode over everything but the gasket for the HPOP (High pressure oil pump) to Reservoir was bent and unusable. The hydraulic lines are absolutely unprofessional he made, the outer shell is all twisted up around and the hose has cracks in it at the crimp points. The One hydraulic hose outer layer is all twisted up and could potentially cause problems in the future of this hose failing. FYI: They also send you the tool to remove the factory lines but the sizing on it is incorrect and does not work properly for taking off the factory hoses so if you’re doing this yourself and don’t have the tool and see this kit does don’t just order it. You can go down to Harbor freight and buy their body panel removal kit and the small body panel tool will work perfectly go find a good set a hoses and fittings and seal kit and order that!I ended up buying another name brand set versus these cheap china hoses. Do yourself a favor and save your money and headache of doing it twice…. And no I’m not your back yard mechanic leaving a review, this is our shop truck and we have a shop.

i bought this kit to replace the high pressure oil lines on my 2002 7.3 diesel. they work great. takes some fiddling to get them to fit, but theyre great.

2001 7.3 ExcursionIneeded to get my truck back on the road quickly so i opted to buy this set.Things went together just fine for me. However, I've got the entire top end of the motor off. The crossover hose seemed to be a little long in my set. I was able to get everything tightened down, but there is a "S" bend in it. There were no instructions and the hardware looks pretty cheap if your used to buying name brand parts.ASSEMBLY TIP: Screw the o-ring fittings in the block and HPOP first. Screw the elbows into the lines next, keeping them finger tight so the elbows can swivel. Now you can dry-fit the lines to the motor and hpop. You'll have to tighten one fitting at a time holding the lines where you want them. The hoses are stiff and want to push against things in the engine compartment. You don't want them to rub on anything! When you get ready to really tightened things, use 2 wrenches. Don't be lazy. There are 3 connections that can move, each a potential for leaks, if you are only using 1 wrench that's a good way to get a leak.If I end up blowing a hose or things start leaking I'll update, but for now it seems to be doing the job. 🤞

I recommend this upgrade to anyone that ownes a 7.3 or want to upgrade a customer vehicle.

Dont get this product for a long term replacement, ford dealer wanted to much for oem lines, plus out of stock, this came fast but took alwhile to install, make sure you torque the fittings down to 29 foot pounds (stock 25) and have green high temp loctite on it, it will slowly leak and they will ultimately fail, but its good if you need a quick fix to get back on the road

Bought these a few years ago. They blew out this past spring, one by one. I thought the first one failed due to having a bad fitting crimp; the second hose failed a couple weeks later. Hydraulic hoses are good for short high pressure bursts, not for long term constant high pressure.

Everything fit but didn’t trust the crimps on the hoses so didn’t use them

One of the bolts was weak and broke off during installation and could not be removed so had to improvise with product
