Now this is the way I like my ghee...Creamy and Delicious. This is Not grainy and taste very good. It is soft, but solid. I do not like the broken fat/grainy versions at all! So, I appreciate this ghee looking like it does in the photos. It takes heat well and has a texture of softened butter, which is what I enjoy. It is also in a Glass bottle.

This stuff is incredible. The true test of good ghee is that it tastes amazing straight out of the jar. And this passes the test! No weird smell or graininess like other types. It has a nutty caramelly maple vibe that I am really digging. It tastes a lot like the brown butter kind that I previously bought. Try this on a sweet potato, and it's basically dessert. Yet I'm sure it will be just fine in a savory dish. The beauty of ghee is its versatility. The 2 pack is also the best bang for your buck. Best possible value for organic grass-fed ghee. I consider myself somewhat of a ghee connoisseur. I've tried lots of ghee, and this is the best. I'm so glad I found it.

Available with a wide spread of pricing. Make mushroom (very large popped corn pieces) popcorn with Ghee. Don’t be stingy with the amount you prepare for popping. Ghee is so pure. Delightful taste. Be creative how you use your Ghee. Very smooth, as described, delivery as promised, and it has an extremely high temperature toleranceYes I recommend.

Glad to be able to get the 16 oz Vital Ghee in glass. Do not want to buy plastic containers. The packing was really great for the two pack. No worries about breakage. Lids are quality so no leaks. Very happy with Vital Ghee. Product is nice and creamy and the flavor is a little stronger than some other brands since non- homogenized milk is used. It’s very nice though and I’m happy with it. I will buy again and definitely recommend Vital Ghee. It’s a quality product.
