Whilst this product looks great, here’s the problem. If you are under 6’ the length of the resistance bands are really long and you don’t get much resistance. There’s no way of rolling the bands around the bar as the bands are attached to a slip loop.I’m going to have to tie it to the length I need and then knot it, which isn’t great for quick changes in resistance

I bought this after seeing so many reviews in the benefits of using a Pilates bar but I was very disappointed I couldn’t adjust the tension on the bar, but after mucking about with it I managed to come up with a solution which allows you to adjust the tension the way your meant to with out tying knots & it doesn’t spin. Could have been made better for the price but now I’ve sorted it myself it does what it’s meant to & definitely helps give you a good workout, you feel the burn in the muscles

Was good quality but wasn't right for me. The bands did not have enough resistance and could not be adjusted or twisted around the pole to increase it. I'm 5ft 8" and found the bands really slack trying to do a bicept curl and not much resistance for squats. Maybe good for someone who's new to working out or can't use to much force / weight. I'm used to using fairly heavy gym weights / equipment.

This pilates bar is easy to assemble and disassemble, so you can take it anywhere, it's very convenient. Superior quality with reasonable price, glad I got this now can exercise at home to get through this difficult time. Highly recommend.

I'm a short arse but to get more tension in the elastic... you wrap it round the bar... that simple..Found some videos on you tube. Had a go at them this morning. I'm winning. I've put it back in my office/gym where I store my stuff and get it out now and again!

I’ve just received this and got it out the box and it’s rusting.So probably not worth the money I paid.If I get half refunded I will keep.Will have to oil it and clean it.Obviously they store their stock in a outside storage maybe.As said only arrived five mins ago.Had a little play.Shame the bands not more resistance.Will do for certain exercises I suppose.

Great product with great price! The resistance bands are strong, made to last. Just the right product for me to exercise. It also came with piece of detailed paper showing positions and some instructions, helps a lot. Would highly recommend.

I only used this item twice. The first time for about 10 minutes, the second time a few seconds before it broke. It broke while I was extending my arm, so when it snapped it immediately caused mt shoulder to snap back, causing pain and injury for a number of days. Not only not worth the money but liable to cause injury, too. Avoid!
