To be honest I want this kind of reflex bag time ago, but all option are expensive for my home boxing gym...This was the perfect solution, without break my bank, I have a functional reflex ball, with decent materials quality.Are not premium materials but they are great for the priceThe ball worked well, spring its not too hard or to soft... the material of the bag is a good sponge that not hurt your hands (I recomend use gloves).As suggestion fill the base with sand, not water... water is easy to fill but can give you problems is it have/got a leak... is better use sand.This is my 1st unboxing video,

This reflex bag is great for beginners and people just starting to box. The height range is good and the set-up is fairly easy(I did it myself). I wanted to work on my hand/eye coordination and wanted something to help with my arms. The reflex ball is great for working my upper arms. Pick up was also quick and fast!

The height adjustment is perfect I'm 5 foot 6. The reflex bag is firm, well build, with connect to the base high is good. Very fun punching bag, really easy to set up, the package comes include with all pieces,bag and base. To put the bag on the base have to tighten lots bolts, package come with accemble tool, but do youself a favor get a racheting wrench it make job much easy and finish in 15mins. so far it quite steady when I'm using it.the water works out well no leaks and hit it pretty hard with no problem or movement.

Really good for beginners

You need to fill it with sand little by little to not get messy but it's perfect for it's use. I can punch all day with gloves is a must. Great way to practice punches and exercise.

bought it for my husband, he love this speed ball so much, the day we received it, he was so excited, take a simple installation that we can all use, the height is adjustable, very nice design, my son can play it sometime. my husband work out everyday, and it still like a new one! would recommend it for a present to husband or kids, great exercise machine!!!

The bag is really great for beginners. I would recommend this for someone looking to start training boxing or just looking for a fun workout. It is not as heavy as the ones you see hanging in the gym. This is more for keeping your form and techniques proper.Very easy to install. I filled the base with water and it is sturdy, just use a funnel. It would be better if the spring design was in the center of the pole like on a cobra but for the price I can't complain. My kids and I all love this thing.Overall, definitely a good stress reliever. This reflex bag gives me enough of a workout, it bounces back quick and it keeps you alert & moving. Better than a heavy bag!

This punching bag is PERFECT! The actual bag is high quality, made to last, not cheap. I had a few tiny problems with the package but the seller was AWESOME, quick to correspond and quick to resolve the problem.
