Scary Eyeballs Tuttifrutti Bubble Gum Candy (100 Pieces)

Don't purchase this for Halloween. These are small, white, mothball looking gumballs with no "eyeball" decoration on them at all. They are in tiny plastic wrap that is decorated with an eyeball, but the gumball itself is coated with a hard shell that is cracked and in loose flakes within the plastic wrapper. The "scary" part about the candy is not that it looks likes eyes, but that it doesn't look like candy. It's possible the manufacturer may have accidentally overlooked this inferior product or perhaps someone is selling salvage goods? Either way, you won't want these for your Halloween party. Each bag is only 5.5 ounces and the two bags are over $9 -- that's very expensive even for quality eyeball gumballs...much less these. Return process seems to be proceeding with ease so far.

These were delicious ! We ate a bunch at planning meeting, still had leftovers for trick or treats.

Great in Halloween bags

The flavor and texture is good, sweet and not rubbery. However, the gumballs are smaller than peanut m&ms. Second the gumballs are not designed eyeballs just white. Only the wrapper has a picture of an eyeball giving the illusion of the gumball being anything other than just plain white. I feel ripped off.
