I don’t know but it has been a really good find works well.

Q: can someone please explain how this works? The light flashes and nothing happens.

If you are using it with batteries I have found they do not last very long at all. I only use mine with the cable supplied, use with USB port on computer, with adaptor in house and if you have it in car can be used there as well (obviously not when driving!)

Q: How do I know it’s charged as no lights come on??

Have found the lights pretty unreliable, they sometimes go out when fluid has been dispensed. I now don’t bother with batteries at all and use the cable supplied with gadget, plug in at home or in the car. Mine takes 7 minutes to dispense my Atrovent liquid, hope this helps

Q: How often should you use?

I only use when necessary ie when chest is wheeze or feeling clogged up
