Spark is the best caffeine drink out there! No crashing, perfect amount of caffeine. Yes, I sometimes have more than 1 per day, ha!I’m going to say that Fruit Punch is the best flavor. I have tried almost all of them over the years and always go back to fruit punch. It reminds me of my kids snack type drinks when they were younger, can’t remember the name.I just wish they made larger containers. The scoop is decent, works great for refillable type water bottles. I’ll spill a little bit if I just dump some into a plastic bottle of water.

I have been using Spark for years and nothing else compares. It gives me energy without the jitters and without the caffeine crash following after. Bonus points that is also allows me to get in my daily intake of vitamins without having to pop a variety of vitamins in the mornings. It mixes easily into water without the need for a shaker. It tastes great without the artificial aftertaste. My only complaint is that you sip on it too long, the powder will get a little milky and separate where you need to shake it or stir it frequently.

Obsessed is an understatement! My husband and I both drink a Spark every morning. I find that it tastes great and I have significantly more energy without a crash. I also feel it helps curb sweet cravings. Fruit Punch is our favorite! You can drink it cold or room temperature.

I love the flavor of the fruit punch. This product works great for energy and mental clarity. Its rather expensive but effective.

I used to buy these directly from AdvoCare, but I use Amazon because shipping is cheaper here. I drink about a 1/2 scoop every day because I mix it with V8 Energy drinks. I love the taste, and it gives you a boost of energy each day. I drink this rather than coffee. Spark has been making this for a long time because even 20 years ago, I used to drink this. I just started drinking it again for a couple of years now.
