Great medium - hard puzzle. Looks just like the picture seen on Amazon and on the box. Good lighting required for some parts. It comes with a paper copy of the picture as well for reference which is handy.

Perfect for quarantine.
Arrived within days of ordering. Perfect for family or yourself. Especially during quarantine. Not impossible to complete, took myself on my own a week to complete. Good quality. Waiting to go get a frame so I can hang it up.

Gibsons customer service is second to none
When making the jigsaw, found one piece was missing. Followed instructions for reporting the fault, and within days, received a complete new jigsaw to replace the faulty one.

Poor quality and missing pieces
I have bought Gibson’s jigsaws in the pas and been happy with the quality, however on this occasion there were at least two missing edge pieces, I checked the box for the missing pieces 4 times and they were definitely not there. Stopped at this point and have requested a return. And this is not the only issue, the pieces are poorly cut with a lot of the paper still attached to the cutouts. Definitely not as good quality as I would have expected. Would not recommend.
