I bought this to work out at home while we are on lockdown . Within a few days 3 of the bands split at the end . Please see the image. I really would not recommend this brand at all. Complete waste of money

This happened after 5 times using it..... poor quality material...I changed my “stars” to three since even thought the product wasn’t of good quality they manage to actioned a refund pretty fast.. Hope they get this sorted out and found a better supplier.. thanks

After 3 months all of the strings brake, not the best quality

The resistance is weak and the are a low quality. I originally bought these as it looked like I wouldn’t get the others I ordered from a other provider.Same price and yet the others are much stronger and provide better resistance and quality.I think you can get better quality, would advise spending a bit more.

Very pleased with good

The door stop is too small so had to buy a separate one, and after daily use the bands start to show wear and tear after 2 weeks. Not bad for the price if your going to use once or twice a week but not recommended if your 6ft tall and using daily in place of the gym because of covid-19 as now there is no resistance in them after 2 weeks!!

The guy they're showing in the picture might be a dwarf. If you're close to six feet (like I am) you just wouldn't be able to do bicep curls with it. It's all good though if you attach it to a door. They are quite sturdy and in my use I've not felt that they'll snap. It's just a shame that they're pretty impractical for someone my height

Ordered to help me with my home workouts whilst my gym is closed down. Took nearly a month to come, which given the current Coronavirus Pandemic. Used them for the first time today as the finally arrived, and disappointed to see they are not long enough to do certain workouts. I understand there has to be a certain degree of stretch for the workout to be effective, but these are just too short. Also there was no paperwork with them, nothing to suggest different moves with them for different body parts, not even anything to say what strength each of the coloured bands represents. I had to look back on the listing on amazon to find this out!
