I have been using this for a little while now and don't have any issues. So far this has been working great and doesn't irritate my sensitive stomach. I love how easy these are to use, and they taste like I am eating a grape flavored Pixi-Stix. The first 2 weeks of taking this I notice that it gets your bowels moving - which for me is a plus. I have IBS and don't have a gallbladder, so my system moves slower than a normal person's system. I don't have any stomach issues taking these and have actually started to notice a massive difference than the ones I took years ago that did not do anything for me. I get why these are so popular in Korean.... I will 1000% continue to use these in my routine.

These probiotics are of quality and work great. I particularly like this yellow canister one. I have tried the one with garcinia , which is good too, but I keep coming back to this particular canistar (yellow). The garcinia one (light purple/pinkish canister) is supposed to help with weight loss. I am not sure if I really saw weight loss, but it was just as good as this one. It had a tangy taste to it. The yellow canister has a sweet, not overly though, sweet taste. Once I finish with this yellow canister, I think I am going to try their orange canister. They are that good of a probiotic and taste pleasant and easy to take.

This has insured the daily “movement” without fail. I’ve been taking the drinking probiotic yogurt every morn but THIS right here works way better. The taste is great and I rlly love that I can take these lil individual packets on trips. Great for when I’m not “regular “.. the taste is great too. I just dissolve the powder straight from the package. Melts easily and no word after taste. I would say it’s like a grape-like flavor. Highly recommend!
