Check 1st if your sensitive to Vitamin C
I had a reaction, I personally found out that I am VERY HIPPER SENSITIVE TO VITAMIN C, IT MADE ME VERY SICK TO ME STOMACH! Therfore I had to stop taking it. WARNING: IF you have stomach problems like me, can't have OJ, etc. than ask your doctor.

very happy with the quality and price. vitamin C is very important to our health especially at this time of wellness uncertainty. will keep taking daily and with any sign of illness will up my dosage. does a great job of controlling stiffness in my damaged elbow, arm and wrist among other health benefits.
