I just received this product and it is everything I hoped it would be very satisfied with it . Very easy to use and it really works great my nails have now a greater professional look, better than what the nail salons do here. I have a nail bed on my hand and foot that I could not get it fixed right and now they are well on there way to healing. And know one can tell that there was a problem. No paying for salon mess ups and I keep my equipment sanitized and don't have to share with anyone els.. THANK YOU SO MUCH! i did receive this product on time as stated.

I'd like to give a review, but at this time I have not been able to insert a new nail bit. I had a very hard time removing the bit that came already inserted in the hand held. The shaft won't turn to insert a different bit.

I love this drill it has immense power and the battery is amazing. Only have charged it once since I purchased it. Did not give it 5 stars as the drill head weren't that great. I had purshase new drill bits. But other than that GREAT product****UPDATE*****After a couple of moths using this product the On/Off button began to not work properly. Now when I turn it on no matter what speed I set it to the machine stays on high. I am unable to use it as the tip gets too hot when filing my clients nails.Changing my rating from 4 to 1 start. Unfortunately I was attempting to take the cheaper route, and purchase an e-file that had all that I was looking for an inexpensive. The machine is super light weight, which is a plus, but overall, I wouldn't exactly consider this a stand-up product. While in use, once the drill bit made contact with the nail, it slowed down. I do have experience with e-files, so I know it doesn't require much pressure. The battery charge was another issue. It jumped from high charge to losing all charge completely. I have yet to charge it since I purchased it, so if there is any burn out, it isn't on my end. I think it's just best to invest in a reputable brand.

The file seems to work fine, however I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I was very disappointed because my mother wanted her nails done for a special event and because it took me over an hour to figure out how to change the nail tips I didn't have enough time to do them in time. Some instructions would have been really nice. This is the first file drill so I had no glue how it operated it. what am I suppose to do watch videos to figure out how this drill works, not happening. A direction manual would be nice, in the event I can't figure out how to operate this drill properly I will be returning it. I like simple not difficult! Thank You

Thus us the lightest and most wonderful drill I ever used , so professional, I was thinking to buying another brand but so happy I decided not to , my only thing I wish battery charge was longer , I am using this drill to demo for my students , to teach them how to use a professional product ,without the high price tag , thank you so much 😊 for a great product at a reasonable price

Works great at our salon, I ended up buying for each of our employees. Portable is the way to go.
