Great for gaming when your PC is connected to a wall mounted TV
I use this for gaming as I didn't want to buy a dedicated chair for that when my office chair is plenty comfortable for long sessions. The swing-arm keyboard tray pivots out of the way easily and can be stowed behind the chair if you need to pull closer to a desk. The mousing surface platform is intended for installation on narrow chair arms, which my chair does not have. I have made mine work with a pair of heavy-duty zip ties and an old knee brace wrapped around the ties for comfort, and the arm is still able to pivot as it is designed.Chair pictured is the NOUHAUS® Ergo3D Ergonomic Office Chair.

Unclear instructions make things difficult
The very poorly worded instructions make it difficult to understand exactly how this fits together; although there is no YouTube video with instructions despite claiming there is one.Once assembled it is nice, though.

Mostly functional after 2 hours of adjusting
Instructions were a link to a "how to assemble" YouTube video. Mostly easy to see how to assemble. All the components are cheap plastic or metal parts that are hard to get just right. Moving components are either too wobbly when able to move the tray easily in and out of the way, or too sturdy to be able to get in and out of the chair. Our computer chair had too thick padding on the arms so we just zip tied it where it was supposed to be screws through. You could buy longer screws that fit but I'm not looking to spend more money on something I already paid more than it's worth. Awesome concept, but the finagling I had to do to get it to function wasn't worth it. The only reason I didn't send back was my annoyance that I put hours of work to get it functional. It still needs work because it doesn't shift easily out of the way.

Very sturdy when correctly assembled and adjusted
It is very easy to assemble this product and verify all the bad reviews. If you work quickly, you will likely fail. The keyboard and Mouse trays are plastic. A ball joint connects the keyboard to the structural tubing, fastened using a connector similar to a bicycle tire. As supplied in the box this connector is not tight enough. Simply spin it a couple times and then clamp closed. Adding a small flat washer improves the grip. Mine is now very solid. The mouse pad is held on by two small set screws and was originally flimsy. Four drops of gorilla glue fixed that. The collar that attaches the tubing to the chair gas cylinder must be tightened completely, the second bicycle style clamp as well.Plan to spend time exploring all the possible position variations to find what works best for you. It took me four tries to find optimum. I am 5'6" and the tray sits high. I'm planning to cut two inches from one of the down tubes. It is worth the effort! I have ALS. This tray fully supports my left arm allowing me to operate my mouse while seated several feet back from my big screen. This works much better than a desk for me

Incredible product
I was a bit skeptical after reading reviews on this product, and even though the instructions are not written well or in good English, I didn't have any trouble installing this. If you have some mechanical sense, one can use the instructions to supplement their own knowledge of how things go together. The product is sturdy, functional, saves my back/neck from pain, easily slides out of the way and is positioned right where I need it. I would consider this a great design.

Great idea, terrible execution
This didn't fit my chair very well, but I managed to get it on. The clamp to adjust the height does not get tight enough no matter how much I tighten the bolt so the pole slips down and the keyboard tray ends up in my lap. Not ergonomic if it won't stay put. The tray is attached by a ball and socket joint so it just swings around and won't stay still unless I brace it with my knee. The mousepad doesn't fit the arm of my chair well, I had to really squeeze it on, so it rests at an awkward angle. The concept is good, but the execution is awful. If you find a better product please let me know cause I threw this one out.

Works, but not that sturdy
Really just a bunch of bars and flimsy plastic
