After 4 long years my little son who has celiac disease and Crohns disease had parathas and pooris made out of Jiwa's gluten free atta.I am grateful that such a product has beem launched.Really tasty and hygeinic .

Best ever gluten free atta
I m using this atta from 4 months... Best ever gluten free atta.... I used various types of gluten free flour ... But when i used this i was surprise because it was same as normal wheat roti.... I just love this.... Only u have to neat the atta with hot water... And u ready to make roties.......

Best Gluten Free Atta
This atta contains no wheat and made by other gluten free elements like jowar, brown rice, bengal gram etc so its naturally gluten free and healthy. The taste of rotis was somewhat different but it's taste better than original atta rotis.

Can cause constipation
I bought this aata after reading the good reviews. But sadly for me, the bad outweighed the good.Good:Taste is good and the ingredients are gluten-freeBad:It used gaur gram that cause constipation.It is quite pricey compared to other aatas.Making the rotis is quite hard. It keeps breaking and rolling each roti takes 3-4 minutes. I usually take less than a minute.I would suggest buying your own ingredients and making gluten-free aata on your own.I will not buy this again.

Chapattis were soft and good when eaten fresh
Chapattis were soft and good when eaten fresh. Mixed the flour with a little curd and warm water and let it wait for 30 mins before use. Good substitute for wheat flour.

Check where manufacturer is wrong.
Its a very good product for gluten intolrant people, if it is not said clearly, no body can judge it does not contain wheat. Very normal taste just like wheat roti. BUT FOR LAST 2-3 TIMES THE QUALITY OF FLOOR IS VERY BAD IF IT CONTINUES, I HAVE TO STOP BUYING THIS PRODUCT.
