Wildflowers Shake And Rake Grow Your Own Colour Themed Annual Flowers from Seed (Vintage Blue)

My partner wanted a “Bee circle” so we built a small wall to separate it and bought a box of these seeds end of June, ignored the sowing instructions and spread them early July, nothing much happened for a few weeks, then loads of weeds started growing, we pulled out the docks and dandelions and left the rest, it’s now mid September and it’s 3 feet high and flowers everywhere, more Bees on the flowers today than I’ve ever seen in one place! Still loads of things in bud so fingers crossed it’ll bloom before the weather turns, great stuff!!!

The box was full of what amounted to sawdust with no seeds in it - total con and ripped off to the sum of £12.99

End of July - only Borage has grown and flowered so far. Cannot see any other species. Will keep you posted.

Lovely colours, looking forward to seeing them grown

So as a very experienced gardener I would expect to know what I'm doing.... I do but absalutly nothing has happened alot of the box was just sawdust or something very few seeds and none germinated... disappointed really but will keep updatingUPDATE a year later nothing ended up growing i put 3 boxes down and not a single plant grew

I read the mixed reviews and decided, for the price, to take the gamble. I cleared the area, followed the instructions and kept the ground watered but not wet (during the hottest part of 2021). The area is under shade, so only sees full sun early in the morning. Lots of growth almost immediately and now fully covered in greenery with no soil to be seen; however, the growth is all weeds with no flowers at all.Hoping the weeds will flower at some point. Hahaha!
