Excellent sauce for easy meals
I LOVE this sauce. It is sort of sweet, tangy, a bit of a kick and just delicious. I saw the restaurant/food stand the creator has on an episode of Somebody Feed Phil and had to try it. I use it over rice and chicken for a simple meal that is tasty and easy to put together. This is my 2nd bottle and will not be my last.

It's a shame it cost so much for so little. But it's packs a punch of deliciousness
I'd like to visit Portland now, I'm so in love with this sauce. I've only a little left after 3 servings so I'm holding out for the last indulgent meal. It's just not enough for almost $20; I saw this on a PBS cooking show and had to have it. It really does make you feel much better if you need a kitchen "hug" in a dish, it's empowering and thoroughly satisfying.

Very thin
Very thin, watery sauce, but yet, full of flavor.

Sooooo good!
I looked at a recipe for a sauce I'd eaten at Rooster & Rice (poached chicken in chicken broth, rice, broth and special sauce) and was intimidated by the amount of ingredients and stumbled on this.SO GOOD - my spousal unit said I should order these in bulk because it's better than the R&R sauce - plus it has a smidge of spice (not too spicy for me, thank goodness!).Am going to order more and give them as gifts to my friends (and hoard the rest)!

Must keep stocked in fridge at all times!
My favorite go to meal, always stocked in my fridge because it's a comfort and makes basic chicken and rice notch up to a 10 immediately.

DELICIOUS !
If you want to try something new and delicious, this is it. Use it on rice, with noodles, on chicken, on vegetables.Truly a unique taste. It is expensive but worth it.

Watery and tastes different
Went to Portland and fell in love with Nong’s Khao Man Gai and Rice and wanted to recreate the memory. Unfortunately, the sauce was a bit disappointing, watery and didn’t taste the same.
