High quality, great for exotic pets
I'm an exotic animal veterinarian, and I use this stethoscope on everything from 14g hamster pups to 10-pound pets. The sound quality is great, and it picks up on low-grade murmurs in small cats and dogs better than my larger Littmann. It's still working wonderfully two years after purchase.

It's for babies not for older kids examination
It's a good stethoscope but I'd had like to know it was for neonatal patients. So it is little for maximum 2 year olds. If your are looking for a versatile stethoscope buy a pediatric one. It came only with the stethoscope not other replacement parts.
