I wanted to know what the D-mannose in this product is made from, so I contacted the seller. They contacted the manufacturer and found out it is made from birch, not from corn. It is surprisingly inexpensive, when you compare other brands that are made from birch. Unfortunately, I found out that I do not tolerate birch, so I could not use it, but if you are allergic to corn, I suggest that you try this to see if it works for you.I did try another product that is made from birch (and had a reaction to it). It was very effective in stopping my UTI symptoms, but it caused me other problems. You should know that birch has a diuretic effect, so if you take this product, make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep yourself properly hydrated.

A great supplement to take to keep your urinary tract on track and healthy. No need to take every day unless you are having issues.

This works for me! This is an excellent supplement. It was super easy to swallow. I have ongoing issues with UTI’s and have tried several other brands. This one worked quickly and much better than the other brands. I will always keep this on hand so at the first sign of an issue I can start to take it immediately. I highly recommend this product.
