Mattel Starlight Carousel Barbie, K.B. Toys Special Edition 1987

The doll is okay, but not what I expected because the listing says she is from 1987 and she is actually from 1997. I was expecting the doll to look more 80s, which is my favorite decade of barbie to collect. The picture on the listing is from far away so it was hard to tell the decade in the picture. The box was also smashed.

It’s not from 1987 at all. False advertising. I’m returning the Barbie. She’s in great condition but I specifically wanted it because of the 1987 year.

Daughter was so happy to find that waiting for her... she almost cried. She was very touched for sure. Arrived on time and great condition. Thank you

the price was very low so didn't expect much, the doll its fine box looked like it had been run over by a truck.
