Fun stuff! I think the illustrations are great! Another review stated they looked cheap. Not so, but these pictures are from the origninal version and are certainly (gratefully) not Disneyfied. Each card is different and has a different quote. Yes, some of the quotes are random...but that makes them that much more fun. If you like Lewis Carol and his original illustrations, you'll love these. The quality is what you would expect for a decent deck of cards. Also, most cards are about $6 a deck, so this price isn't bad. I just wish there were the option to buy them with the collector's tin box available.

Now these are Alice in Wonderland playing cards. A definite gift for all Alice in Wonderland fans. They're gorgeous.

I was hoping to add these to the AIW journals I’m making as gifts. But they are far too glossy and nothing, NOTHING will change that! Of course they’re resistant to anything sticking to them, so I’ll just poke a few in random pockets or sew them on!

I'm working on a junk journal, based on the first book, Alice in Wonderland. This deck is split between both the "Alice in Wonderland" story and the sequel, "Through the looking glass" . I'll try to attach a photo of the deck I got as you can see, there's pretty much a 50/50 split between both stories, while the jokers are the mad hatter and the cheshire cat. If you're using as regular playing cards, they do come in a bit smaller than the typical size of 3.5 x 2.5 inches. For those of us that do atcs, this smaller card may be an issue. They'll be a nice, unique addition to my junk journal. The box was difficult to open, so sadly it got damaged in order to open it and get the deck out.

54 different designs & quotes. No two alike. Put them on my Alice in Wonderland Christmas tree alomg with other Alice ornaments & it looked great.

Beautiful cards! They are exactly what I expected them to be. I especially how the quotes often fit the cards they're printed on, such as the Cheshire Cat (Joker) with "We're all mad here!" and the Queen of Hearts with her iconic "Off with their heads!". The cardstock is on the thin side (which is probably what the reviewer who complained about dollar store quality was talking about), but I don't think it's so thin that it will be a problem. I am completely satisfied with my purchase, and I intend to buy again from Prospero Art in the future.
