Not so sure.
I lost some inches but no pounds. Took them to my doctor and she said it was basically a laxative but wasn't familiar with the other ingredient.. Could explain the inches.

It's Working For Me!
I have been trying to get a jump start on preventing holiday weight gain. To accomplish this, I have been strict on my workouts and careful with my diet--but needed a little something else.
