I use these regularly as part of my marathon training. They are a fantastic alternative to gels which I just can’t take.

Great but short shelf life
Love these for marathon training but for a box of this quantity I expected longer than 3 month shelf life. Gave half the box away to my running club as I'd never use them all in time.

I bought these as I did a Marathon at the end of last year and just find they are easier to use whilst running. It can be tempting to eat them like sweets too but I wouldn't reccomend it 😊
