Good product for my needs, building up shoulder strength. I would recommend this to others.

They break. The end piece that attaches the band's to the handles slips right off. I super glued them all, especially when I noticed several had started coming off.

2 broke the same day I got them. I mean I know i got them cheaper than the price my personal trainer got his but I didn't expect it to fall apart so quickly.

I like these a lot, great for working out.

They break, pull from the handles if you stretch them too far. I am not talking about overstretching, just doing regular exercise stretching.

They use a sleeve to secure the band to the metal clasp. The clasp can be pulled out of the sleeve under continual or high stress. Sooner or later, each would fail, since each is slowly (or quickly, in my case) being pulled away from the attached band.
