It helps my dried skin when I applied it overnight, but I need to ware socks, if not it might make my sheet sticky lol.I used some on dried and cracked my skin fingers, and its quality is ok since I do not feel exceptionally change like I read some review. This stuff is magic. It heals my babies diaper rash and teething rash on her cheeks in less than 24 hours. It comes with alot of product and will probably last all year. It has no fragrance, which is preferred for my daughters sensitive skin!
