Borderlands 2: Game of the Year Edition Strategy Guide Hardcover – October 14, 2013

With the Borderlands games I always wait until they release these GotY Edition guides. There's no sense in buying the regular one on day one and then having to buy a second one less than a year later. Great guide though. It's got all of the most recent expansions in it. The only think it doesn't contain are the different Holiday Massacre packs. Those you'll have to look up online.

I just received my "like new" copy of this game guides. I already have the eGuide for Borderlands 2 but I like having paper and better maps and all the weird stuff authors write in the margins. It is PERFECT for what I need.

Borderlands 2 is a loot em up of epic proportion even better than the first gameGearbox the company behind it have done themselves and the gaming community proudIt is massive and there are many many ways you can play this game I've spent hundreds of hour enjoying this masterpieceRarely will you get so much satisfaction out of a gameDive in and be amazed

For such a great guide, I was surprised to find it missing a couple of things. First off, it doesn't have an index, which all informational books should have regardless of size. At least there's not a huge amount of cross-information that can be found in multiple areas of the guide, so it's fairly easy to find things via assumption and the table of contents, but still. Secondly, I was really expecting it to have a map-poster. No, really, last time I checked, every guide for every game ever had a poster with it, and I'd absolutely put a map of Pandora up on my wall. :( Oh well. Also I got blasted in the face with ink smell when I first opened it, but that's to be expected, it's a gorgeous guide.It does have some places where the layout/info flow could be a little more intuitive, but clearly this was intuitive to someone. I spend a lot of time flipping back and forth to find the info on side quests for an area, because the info isn't always in close proximity to the area map where the quest takes place.Overall, it's a really fantastic guide that every fan of the game should have. I especially appreciate the pictures of all the heads for all the classes, and the in-depth gun info that had several things I wasn't aware of. Get this guide!

This guide is amazing. I really like the in-depth look at every character's skill trees and there is just a ton of information in here. Hours and hours worth of reference material including all of the Cult of the Vault locations!

This guide has proven useful in working through the nuances of this massive game. I keep in next to my chair for instant reference when I encounter a hard spot in the game.

great for anyone who has all of the game of the year BL2 content. DOES NOT INCLUDE GUIDE FOR DLC FROM OUTSIDE OF THE G.O.T.Y. EDITION OF BL2. very helpful for figuring out how to get all those B.A. tokens!

The strategy guide was great for this game if your an achievement hunter it worked well for me. And it helped me find all the bonus items for bad a$$ rankings.

This (along with the Borderlands 1 GOTY guide) is a fantastic guide. I see the price has skyrocketed since I bought it and I'm unsure if it is worth *quite* this much but if you can find it at a more reasonable price (I'd say it's worth at least 50-60 quid) then do pick it up.

Bonne mise en forme, mais quelques erreurs sont logés par endroits. Les personnages de Krieg et Gaige sont abordés mais aucune stratégie les concernant contre les boss

While I already had the original guide, I recently started in all the expansions and wanted more reference available for them if I needed it (and I have, several times already!)While I don't tend to use a guide as a walkthrough tool since I like to explore the environment and see what I can find on my own on the first go 'round, I am a completionist so I need this to help me fill in some if the quests I've missed entirely or are having some trouble with.The only fault I found with the added materials information was in the side quest log. I would have preferred they had been edited into the main body of the book dedicated to the side and optional quests, rather then bundle just within the DLC campaign section. This is only because in the main body they are alphabetical, but in the DLC sections they appear in potential order you should receive them - but often don't. A minor point, the info is there, I just didn't find it as quickly accessible.A very nicely done addition, and my original guide was not wasted as it was passed along to another player ;-)

ist zwar auf englisch ist aber völlig egal. Ich mag Lösungsbücher nicht wegen der Lösungen selber sondern wegen ihren designe. Aber die lösungen sind auch sehr hilfreich^^
