Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Ok so the first time I set this guy out to work I was less than impressed. It seemed like it was just randomly moving around and missing tons of stuff. The next day I set him out, however- he worked like a gem! I don’t know if it was just trying to figure out the room on the first day, but I watched for a while on the second day and it was definitely moving with intention, making sure not to miss any spot. I’ve posted a video to show how it slows down just prior to bumping into something so that it doesn’t slam it and leave a mark. The video also shows how awesome this guy is at edging, and then how it gets itself back to its charging station, even backing out and readjusting so it fits on the charger perfectly.As far as mopping goes, it took me a little while to figure out where to put the water in, so I’ve posted directions for that in the video. Something that I had to figure out is that you have to take the tab that covers the water tank off completely in order for the mopping setting to work appropriately, or else you’re just stopping the water from coming out. The tank is small so it doesn’t hold a ton of water, but it’s super easy to stop and refill. If this were more expensive I’d deduct a star for the inability to hold a ton of water, but at this price for a great vacuum/mop robot- I absolutely can’t complain.

It can also be used to clean glasses due to the presence of anti-scratch properties, which will help in preventing it from scratching the glass.The robot vacuum cleaner is made in a way that helps work for about 2 hours with charging. Later it goes back to its charger to recharge.One of the main drawbacks is that this robot is not highly intelligent, meaning when something is wrong with the robot, such as clogging or getting stuck somewhere, there is no notification or alert.The robot vacuum, like most of the available vacuums, will return to the charging base when the battery is low. In my opinion, the sucking power that is attained makes it work well and do the required work, and most importantly, you can leave the house and have a schedule on it works. We have a pet and 2 kids, so it helps a lot to have "Soyla" do the daily maintenance of our floors. I'm loving it. It took long time for delivery, and I'm still waiting on the mop and filter replacements package, but It is worth it! This robot vacuum and mop. It is also very silent. Great gift for moms !

I am revising this review. The seller does stand behind this product 150%.The good:This vacuum wasn't expensive.It does seem to pick up a lot of dust and dirt.It can be funny to watch.It can go under beds and furniture.The not so good:It has an annoying tendency to get stuck in corners.The app that is associated with this vacuum won't connect with the vacuum.The seller does stand behind their product.

it has a mind of its own, turns on by itself. the app is horrible and disconnects from the device constantly. i would leave it cleaning for 1-2 hours in one small closed off room and come back and there would be spots that still weren’t cleaned. just spend the money on another product. i returned this item less than a month after buying.

This is my second robot vacuum and I am extremely disappointed. I have a German Shepard and stay in a small apartment so I figured it’d be a good solution to controlling the dog hair. The first day I got it, it worked GREAT! Fast forward to about 4 days later, I haven’t used it, it’s been on the charger. I turned it on to make its rounds and it’ll start but then stop and return to home base. I’ve emptied the tray, I’ve cleaned the wheels, I’ve cleaned the filter, whatever troubleshooting I could do, I did. And it’s still going right back home. The manual is vague and gives no real solutions other than “empty the tray” which clearly didn’t work. Was unable to connect the device to my phone/wifi as well. Frustrated is an understatement. Will be returning.
