Clearspring Organic Japanese Matcha Green Tea Powder Ceremonial Grade, 30g

Clearspring matcha is always fine quality .I used to buy the ceremonial version of this product but switched to this premium version to save money since I drink it everyday and use 2g a day. More robust flavor, bolder tea flavor. Fab for lattes. The ceremonial version is best I feel if you enjoy light sweet grassy taste to drink in water. this one is different with a thicker texture , more umami, more tea flavor, bolder and more complex . As usual no bitterness. you can see my photos comparing a sprinkle of the clearspring premium with clearspring ceremonial , this one is a bit lumpier and slightly less vivid but still fine quality. I enjoy and keep drinking it. I add two matcha spoonful into a glass , a splash of milk and whisk then add water and flavor or sweeten to taste. perfect latte.

This is one of the besr matcha powders that I have had. Lovely fresh sweet grassy flavour (I mix with half frothed cowes milk/half water) and it has a beautiful colour. Mixes well with matcha whisk no lumps and not too frothy but could be my technique. Powder stays well in pouch in fridge.Price is good with excellent delivery (pick up).Would recommend.

Vibrant smooth matcha! Was looking for an alternative to Jenki London who make the best matcha but it comes at a steep price pointThis matcha can definitely hold up compared to Jenki: both are ceremonial grade, shade grown from Uji, Japan.I personally use 1 tsp matcha with 30 ml water, froth it up and add it to iced oat milk

If you're searching for an affordable replacement for that specific matcha you were ordering from Japan, until the Ukraine War made shipping costs outrageous, it's a reasonably OK temporary substitute.Just enough flavour (sweet-ish and nutty-ish) Whisks up OK.Colour discouragingly dull, not much chlorophyll flavour, but I've had worse, that were vivid green.It gives you a bit of the warm inner kiss , you get from decent stuffI gave it 4 because it's a passable life saver when you're running out. If you ever bought a complete dud, you know what I'm talking about

Amazing matcha, highly recommend it. I've been using it for 5 years now and have it every day. Love it as a matcha latte 🍵
