Ok for a few months
Update: The iron doesn't get as hot as it used too no matter how high I I turn it up...Original review: I'd like to begin by stating that I am a regular amazon customer, not some paid ad person. I've been looking for a quality flat iron for a while now, and this is the best one I've ever owned. Also, there weren't many reviews here, and I'm so happy with this flat iron I thought I'd give back to the amazon community. I purchased this about a month ago, and have used it probably 5 times. Pros:1. The best thing is the plates actually touch, which has been a big problem for me with flat irons as I have thin, fine hair.2. The temp dial is on the inside so you can't accidentally change it while styling.3. So far it curls or straightens my hair nicely, and hasn't snagged my hair.4. Comes with a plate guard for when your not using it.5. Very long cord, which is perfect for me as I travel a lot and not sure where the nearest outlet will be.6. Heats up fast - within 2 minutesCons:1. I would rather the temp to be displayed digitally, but the dial is fine too and temperatures are clearly marked.2. It doesn't have an automatic shut-off, but it's not really a big deal for me

The received two weeks ago, I am delighted, the only thing that worries me is that the indicator light is always on and blinking but I love this iron is the 4th that I buy and is my favorite, fine finishing and packaging as well, Thank you for making my life easier.

This iron made my hair very staticy :( I was really disappointed because the great price... it was worth a try. However, it gave me lots of fly aways.

The flat iron pictured is not the one I received. Very unhappy and disappointed with the one I received! Would give zero stars but was required to give at least 1!

I absolutely love this hair straigtner. I was recommend by my friend so decide to try. The shipping was fast and the box came with black and gold color, very classy. The product is not very heavy easy.to use. I have Asian black thick hair, but my hair is curly and freezy, I used it to straight my hair the night I got it. Surprisly my hair looks still good on the next day. Got so many compliments from my coworkers. Definately will recommend this product to my friend!
