Be Happy To Change My Review If I Can Get Some Tech Support
****update 5/14/2020 HornetTek called today and will be sending a replacement. Will update once received. Thank you.Bought this device to use in OBS. Can't get it to recognize any HDMI device. Have tried multiple HDMI devices, Cameras, Gaming consoles. Tried to use it on both a Windows notebook with Windows 10 and a macbookpro iOS 10. OBS Studio and Streamlabs. both MAC and PC recognize the device in OBS, Microphone works but no video, tried multiple settings. Emailed and called HornetTek zero response. Will be sending back if still no reply.

This is just a scam
It just a scam because it just keeps on freezing when I used OBS so don't recommend and I would give it a 0.5 out of 5.

It did nothing..
Like the other reviewer, I bought one of these to use for streaming. Windows recognized it as a USB video device, but it streamed no video. Tried contacting manufacturer by the website, but their site throws a 403 error when you submit a ticket. Left a phone message. Will update this review if they ever fix this. Otherwise this item is going back to the seller.

Only worked intermittently
Worked great when I was testing it out for a live stream on zoom for instructional classes using a 4K sony camcorder but a few times when we went to live stream and record, OBS lost the video signal and I ended up having to switch to a webcam to get the video feed which is stressful when you're live. The HDMI out works when you attach to a monitor and it does show in device manager but camera doesn't show up on OBS video capture input. Spent a couple of hours with some knowledgeable people trying to figure it out but ultimately have to toss it in the trash and buy something that works.Unfortunately I missed the return deadline.
