Works great with Android!
I bought this because it says It is compatible with both android and IOS. It works for both however it is very challenging get it to work with IOS. The apps aren’t available for IOS. I had to give it to my nephew that has an Android. It works perfectly well with hers. He is loving it. He makes and receive calls, texts and monitoring his sleep activities are easy on an Android. He loves it! I would have definitely kept it if it worked better with IOS.

3rd times a charm
Got product today. Charged as per instructions. Will not even turn on. Piece of junk. Very unhappy and will be returning. Would not recommend!!Update...refunded by Amazon. Seller sent me another watch for free. Charges and turns on. Will not connect to Bluetooth, says to install btnotifier app. Which i did. Various tries and a migraine later still won't connect. Seller said they will send me another watch. Good customer service but the product is a nightmare.Final Update....great customer service. This watch i received today connected and works! Happy with the watch and functions. Does not incurred SIM card or sd card. Running thru phone Bluetooth works great. I don't care for the band itself....if the band was changeable would be perfect. For the money this is a great deal.

MAKE SURE YOU BUY A MICRO 16GB SD CARD!
Didn't come with a sd card. Only uses a 16gb micro sd card. and you cant use the Image viewer, Music Player, Sound recorder, Remote capture, Calculator, Alarm clock, Calendar,Camera (0.3M). Pedometer, sleep monitoring, sedentary remind, calories counter, and exercise mileage counter without it so it basically useless if you dont buy a 16gb micro sd to go with it. But other than that it looks and works great. Didnt come charged but it only takes two hours to fully charge.

Won't charge
Just got it put it on a charger to let it charge still won't power on so I change chargers and it still won't charge its been sitting on the charger for 4 hours and still nothing I bought this for my child bc she picked this one out so upsetting.

Birthday gift for dad.. Pairs so easily with Iphone 11.. ! The app is fun and easy to use, accurate readings for fitness tracking. awesome price! it has a very high-quality feel and very nice looking ! The battery life is pretty impressive. Backlight is super bright , just perfect for him!!He only has to charge it up but every 2 days . Very happy with this purchase!

Disappointed and frustrated
Was stuffed in the box and not set up in the display piece inside. Wouldn’t Bluetooth connect my messages without having to download and pay for a Bluetooth notifier app. Touch screen would work until the device sat idle for more that 10 minutes the. Wouldn’t respond to touches at all! Also when I set the time and date it malfunctioned. I would set it the. If it died or I powered it off it would erase the device settings back to default. Waiting on replacement. Hope it’s more functional and accessible or I’m sending it back too and demanding a refund as well as giving a negative review on the item and. The seller!

Blue tooth will not connect but company replaced it with two watches of a different model
The watch will not connect with my phone and the strap is a horrible design making it impossible to put on by myself. Returning for a full refund. Update: the company is in China and has sent me two watches of a different model that connect easily to my Bluetooth. Still trying to figure out how to make it sync with my text messages. Instructions are very scant.

Helpful customer service
Although i had issues with the watch not lasting very long on a single charge and forcing me to create new accounts to use it and not pushing my notifications from my phone to the watch, the customer support staff has been very helpful. They have gone above and beyond to see that my needs are met in regards to this smart watch situation. I am changing my review from 2 stars to 3 only to reflect the quality of the customer service not the device itself.

Mala experiencia
Se descompuso en menos de un mes, pero la atención para reembolso del importe que pagué por el fue excelente. Así que hago de cuenta que no hice la compra.Quizá no corrí con suerte y el mío salio defectuoso, no lo sé.

Este reloj es perfecto, es chino y por ahora no me ha dado molestias le pondría todo 10, pero lo único que se batalla es del botón de apagado y encendido al principio funciona pero con el paso de los días uno pelea un poco y es excelente para contestar llamadas, claras y precisas y puedes marcar y te marcan por la buena bocina que tiene y vale la pena el precio, solo ese detalle no he usado la sim Pero la vinculación del Bluetooth es excelente depende de cada compañía celular o modelo parabéns!
