Osram lamp failed

Bulb failed @ 5 minutes, restarted set and failure @ around 30 minutes, restarted then ok. Everytime. Returned 21 days ago and have not heard from vendor. Return UPS charge in original carton cost me $14.00. E mailed vendor last week, no reply.
