About the Author Kaitlyn was always drawn to caring for others and from a young age it was clear that she was meant to have a career helping people. She has spent the majority of her career supporting/counselling children, teens, and adults with mental health issues to reach their full potential, in a variety of settings. Nothing makes her happier than empowering others to make gains in their lives, resulting in a higher quality of life. She decided to take her love, compassion, and knowledge along with her passion for creating, and combine them in a new and exciting format so that she can continue to help others on a larger scale through her healing journals.
