I like the taste of these gummies. But, after a month of usage, I did not see any results. Probably it does not suit me. I cannot talk for others as everyones health is different, hence the effectiveness may vary.

Obviously, as everyone states, this product tastes good. I haven’t seen a tangible in my hair growth though. I know it takes time to work effectively, but it might also just be a fruit snack dressed up as hair tonic.
